Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package in real time.

Delays

Mercy Brand is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or international processing
  • High order volume periods

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
