Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
